Who are we?
Frigo is a family business in logistics. We provide logistics services for our customers, with a focus on temperature-controlled products. We realize this without having our own fleet of trucks.
We started in 2000 with 1 location in Breda and have grown both nationally and internationally to multiple locations, including Breda, Valencia, Dublin and Santiago. Our next step is a new branch in the port of Moerdijk, where we have many new opportunities on the horizon.

What will you be doing?
As a financial administrative assistant you are (partly) responsible for the financial administration of our group of companies.

  • You will code and book purchase invoices;
  • You will maintain daily contact with customers, suppliers and contacts and help answer their questions;
  • You and your future colleagues are jointly responsible for keeping the quality of the administration up to standard;
  • You manage new customer accounts with the associated credit limits;
    You will work directly with all departments within the organization.

You are/have:

  • Independent and eager to learn;
  • You are proactive in seeing improvement opportunities and you dare to discuss these with the manager;
  • You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages;
  • Completed financial education or relevant work experience in financial environment;
  • You are representative and accurate;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and preferably also with Microsoft Dynamics;
  • An intermediate vocational education level.
