What are you going to do?
We’re searching for an enterprising individual to play an essential role in the daily management and optimization of the system within the organization.
Your daily activities may include:
- User support: Answering questions and solving problems that end users experience with the system.
- Incident management: Registering, analyzing and solving incidents to ensure the continuity of business processes.
- Configuration and adjustments: Implementing changes to the system configuration to meet the organisation’s changing needs.
- Monitoring data integrity: Checking the accuracy and completeness of data within the system and implementing any corrections.
- Reporting and analysis: Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide insights to various stakeholders.
- Training and documentation: Creating user manuals and training staff in the effective use of Microsoft Dynamics.
- Process optimization: Identifying inefficiencies in business processes and making proposals for improvements.
- Testing updates and new features: Performing tests to ensure that new updates or modules function correctly before they are deployed to production.
- Security and access management: Managing user rights and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Monitoring system performance: Continuously monitoring system performance and proactively taking action when deviations occur.
You are/have
