Frigo in Digital Data Square South Netherlands (DDSZ)
𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐨 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐒𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 (𝐃𝐃𝐒𝐙)
Together with Combined Cargo Terminals B.V., Euro-Rijn XL Logistics and VDL Steelweld, Frigo Breda is working on a project for fully electric and automated transport between our new coldstore and terminal in Port of Moerdijk and the terminal from CCT and Euro-Rijn XL Logistics in Moerdijk.
This project aims to increase the digitization of the Supply Chain Sector in the South of the Netherlands, to reduce the impact of supplychains Chains on the climate. 17 participating companies work on an individual case in the field of 4 testing grounds for data and digitization techniques:
– AVS (Augmented reality – Virtual reality – Serious gaming)
– SSCC (Smart Supply Chain Contracts)
– Robotization
– Digital Twin
The goal of the DDSZ project is to make the sector more sustainable, developing generic tools and solutions for the Supply Chains, so the impact on the climate decreases.
